This is the second promotional meeting that Jingzhou has participated after the first one in Guangdong last year. In recent years, Jingzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau developed a favorable business environment for returned Jingzhou-born entrepreneurs, and implemented the “Hometown Revival: Return of Migrant Entrepreneurs” Program, a program full of “bustling liveliness, human touch, and sense of belonging.” At present, Jingzhou has been one of the pioneering cities in this effort in Hubei Province by establishing four demonstration counties (county-level cities/districts), 10 demonstration parks, and 49 demonstration projects for returned Jingzhou-born entrepreneurs. It has also identified 41 municipal demonstration projects and 22 demonstration towns for returned Jingzhou-born entrepreneurs. This has gradually shaped a favorable trend of “return of talents, technologies, funds, and projects.”
The main responsible person of Jingzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau said that they would leveraged this event to actively inform participants the latest economic and social developments in Jingzhou and the policy for returned Jingzhou-born entrepreneurs, guide more migrant talents to return for entrepreneurship and employment, accelerate the development of new production forces in Jingzhou, and contribute its part to the growth of the Demonstration Zone for High-quality Development in the Jianghan Plain.
