Local spotted ducks, which are raised in thenatural way, are used for this dish. All ducks will pass strict quarantineinspection, and by adopting the traditional stewing in utilizing more than 30precious Chinese herbs and modern biological enzyme method, the ducks are processedwith rich flavor and special taste, a unique dish only found in Jingchu region.
